關於Hsin
瑜珈練習是趟自我探索的旅程,透過顯現於外的各種技巧、嘗試、挑戰、反應,都只是為了幫助我們更清楚的認識自己、接納自己、並成為自己。
我的練習歷程也是如此,以Anusara, Ashtanga、Universal、Iyengar與Viniyoga派別為根基,以開放的態度廣泛地自其它系統(包括運動及復健領域)汲取養分。在多元的嘗試中,我瞭解到異中有同,各種不同的路徑,皆引領我們通往同一條道路;而同中之所以有異,則是因應每位練習者個體性,所發生的不同示現。
除了Asana的練習外,目前也以Kaivalyadhama系統的Pranayama作為練習重點,持續瑜珈哲學上的精進,並同時在Yoga Chikitsa (瑜珈療法)與 Yoga Sadhana(瑜珈靈性鍛鍊)上不斷學習。
我相信,每個人都有適合自己的瑜珈練習,而老師所能做的,就是幫助學生找到這條道路。感謝生命中的每位老師引領我領略瑜珈的豐盛,也期許自己的教學與分享,能為每一位走在探詢路上的人帶來啟發。
